I'll be away to Australia for the next few days for my sister's graduation and I think I have/had some direct love relationship with that country. (pun intended) I've never been to Africa, Europe, North America, South America. But I've been to Australia for at least 5 times? From skiing, to gambling in the casino (yeap, been there done that.), had a roadtrip around the outskirts of Melbourne with some lovely people. Did a Sydney- Melbourne roadtrip with the family in a 12-hour car ride, wasn't the best ride though. Ok la, we stopped over at Lake Entrance for the night before completing the last 3 hours the next day. Saw at least a few hundred signs which say: Kangaroo 500m. Guess what? The whole trip from Sydney to Melbourne I did not even see one kangaroo. -.- And yet once again I'll be going there, and I have never fail to get tired of it. Oh well, maybe one day I will, just maybe. But for now, it's hello land down under!

October Babies.

For those of you who do not know, my family, inclusive of my biological dad, step dad and step brother and sister; 4 of us in the family of 8 are October babies! Anyway, October is usually the month where the refrigerator is filled with leftover birthday cakes. The problem is that our birthday's are separated only by a span of 9 days! Oct 12th, Oct 19th, and two Oct 21st. So what usually happens is that there would be a cake for me from my friends, another from the family, then my sister will have a cake from her friends and another from the family, and my Dad will have a cake from his office colleagues and another from the family. Thank God my step sister is in London if not I would look like a cake already. So usually we would have 6 types of cakes in the fridge. I'm not complaining, but it's not exactly the best time of the year when you want to lose weight. Here's some pictures though.

Friday morning @Bukit Tabur

A few of us went for a night adventure, which was jungle trekking up Bukit Tabur early Friday morning. About 4.45am we started our journey, and we reached the peak slightly after 7. The whole purpose why the trip was done early in the morning so that we would be able to capture the view of the morning sun overlooking Kuala Lumpur, furthermore we were told through the website that we would be able to witness spectacular view of the dam gates and its surroundings. Unfortunately, it was the other trail which offered the spectacular view, so too bad for us. Booo!

Group photo before the hike.

______

Anyway, here's some pictures from the peak. Couldn't get snippets of the journey up because setting up was such a hassle and we were rushing agaisnt time before the sun rises. So here goes..

...

About an hour later, we all got tired of taking the same things over and over again,
so we decided to leave the place.

Yes, as you can see by the picture,
the last hike up to the peak was about 75-80 degree inclination.

And last but not least..
Doesn't it look more like a sunset?

Oh well, that's all for now.
Hope for more to come! Till then,
Adios.
